
Known for her sweet-tooth, Chef Freshnaida Versoza (or Chef Fresh, as her friends would call her) is in charge of whipping up delectable desserts for one of the country’s celebrated catering veterans — Josiah’s Catering.
As a child, Chef Fresh has always shown interest in baking, and in pursuance of her passion, she took her degree in [PASTRY ARTS] at the International School of Culinary Arts and Hotel Management, a world-class training center specializing in culinary and pastry arts, and hotel management.
With a fresh outlook on the industry, this not-your-usual chef has been innovating the way we look at catering with her various event theme ideas, food spreads, and unique catering services.
